Two Words:
Boubacar Aw.
(pronounced Boob-uh-car Ow. I saw him on ESPN Classic the other day playing for Georgetown in 1996. Easily the best sports name ever, surpassing God Shammgod and the others.)

That's pretty awesome. And I forgot God Shamgod. But let me remind you of a little guy I like to call Maybyner "Nene" Hilario.
Say what you will about this Aw guy, I'm too attached to calling funny things "hilario." Aw doesn't cover it.

Maybe you had to have lived through that whole "Word Up" thing to understand why Boubacar Aw was so much fun to say. However, if Maybyner Hilario hadn't changed his name to just "Nene", I might have given him the nod. I might still today, if he starts making the media refer to him by his full name, including nickname, and using air quoties. "I'm not talking to you unless you call me Maybyner 'Nene' Hilario."
Until that day, it's Word Up. I'm sure I can think of some other ones, but i'm only coming up with Duany Duany right now.
